Braemar Group PCC Limited operates three Open Ended Investment Companies (OEICs), each of which are listed on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange:
The Ground Rents Fund invests in freeholds and head leases of well-located residential, retail and commercial properties, which have a pre-determined and often inflationary long-term income stream from Ground rents. Rent collection, as well as income from additional associated sources, is expected to provide steady income streams for unit holders. For further information please click here.
The Student Accommodation Fund invests in the UK rented student accommodation market, by acquiring established blocks and sites for the development of properties to be run as privately operated halls of residence, with the potential for income generation and capital growth. For further information please click here.
The UK Agricultural Land Fund invests in the UK farming market, by acquiring arable farmland and related buildings, which are managed as a portfolio of tenanted property, with the potential for capital growth. The tenancies are managed by the Property Adviser, Chesterton Humberts and the land is farmed by tenants who grow, predominantly, cereal crops. For further information please click here.
As Channel Islands Stock Exchange listed open ended investment companies, the Funds benefit from liquidity and a structure which makes them suitable for investment by offshore bonds, pensions, trusts and individuals.
