Neil Roberts is Managing Director of Braemar Estates (Residential) Limited.

Following graduation with a degree in estate management in 1984, Neil worked for Healey & Baker in the West End of London handling office and hi-tech properties in the London Docklands. He qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1986.

In 1987, Neil joined Knight Frank’s Hong Kong office and handled the office leasing agency on the newly completed 70 storey Bank of China Tower. Neil subsequently joined the First Pacific Group and played a key role in their business expansion in Thailand including hotel acquisitions and high-rise residential management.

Most recently, Neil has worked for Lambert Smith Hampton and handled asset management assignments for Manchester City Council on two south Manchester industrial estates and, on the 2.5 million sq ft non-core property portfolio of the Manchester Airport Group.
 
Howard Jones

Howard Jones is a Divisional Director of Braemar Estates (Residential) Limited.

After gaining an Honours degree in Business Studies, Howard joined the property industry with Samuel Rains & Son, a well respected professional estate agency practice in South Manchester who, through successful expansion, later became Reeds Rains. Howard later joined Main & Main, an independent family firm in 1987 as a Director. Howard has many years' experience in the residential property but over the last ten years developed a particular expertise for block and estates management. As a consequence, Howard led the very successful development of the Main & Main block management business that now forms part of the Braemar portfolio.

Ian manages Braemar’s lettings portfolio throughout the UK on behalf of internal and external clients tailoring portfolio packages to suit individual needs. Within the lettings division, Ian has created a combined block management and lettings package for property developers and house builders.

Ian also manages Braemar’s commercial portfolio throughout the UK which includes many blue-chip clients.

Prior to joining Braemar, Ian worked for a well-known city centre estate agents as Head of Property Management.

Before this, Ian worked as a member of the Property Management team for a prestigious estate agency in one of London’s most affluent areas, managing a large property portfolio in excess of £20 million.

Barbara Short is Customer Service and Portfolio Manager for Braemar Estates.

Formerly of Dunlop Haywards, Barbara has been involved in the property business since 1981, and has spent the past five years as a Customer Service Manager.
 
Jonathan Coles
Senior Property Manager

Jonathan Coles is Senior Property Manager for Braemar Estates with responsibility for a sizeable portfolio of a wide range of developments throughout the UK.

Jonathan joins Braemar from Suttons Living where he managed a large portfolio of city centre developments in Manchester.

Originally from Cambridge, Jonathan previously worked as Property Manager at Cambridge Property Management, where for five years he managed large prestigious estates, before moving to Manchester to work for the Northern Group where he managed, let and refurbished apartments and houses.
 
Tracy Field

Tracy Field is based in our Reading office covering our Southern portfolio of residential lettings and block management.

Before joining Braemar in 2005, Tracy worked as a new homes sales consultant after travelling around the USA and parts of Asia. In 1997 Tracy emigrated to Australia.

During the four years spent in Australia, Tracy was the promotions and publicity co-ordinator for a local television station just outside of Sydney. For two years she also presented a weekend information segment on the local news bulletin.
 
Emma Beswick

Emma Beswick is Property Manager for Braemar Estates.

Previously, Emma worked at Main & Main Limited as Property Manager, specifically dealing with annual maintenance contracts.

Prior to joining Main & Main, Emma worked for Britannia Hotels as a legal secretary. Emma has two and a half years’ customer service experience and has NVQs in levels 2 and 3 in Business Administration.
 
Diane Whelan

Diane Whelan is Property Manager for Braemar Estates and is responsible for a portfolio of around 40 residential apartment blocks.

Diane was previously employed by Main and Main Limited where she ran the Legal and Company Secretary Department, dealing with pre-sales enquiries, remortgage applications, legal enquiries and handled company secretary matters for the blocks.

Diane has 5 years’ property management experience and 12 years’ administration experience, some of which gained working as a PA to an independent accountant.
 
Eileen Branney

Eileen Branney is Property Administrator for Braemar Estates.

Eileen has over 30 years’ administration experience and works closely with residential block managers Barbara Short and Jonathan Coles, focusing on Braemar’s residential property management portfolio and on continuing to provide our growing list of clients with an efficient and effective customer service.

Eileen Branney joins the property department from Suttons City Living in Manchester where she worked as a Property Assistant.

Christine Tebble assists the lettings and portfolio management team providing administrative support to our Property Managers throughout the UK.

Christine joined Braemar from Main & Main as an Administrator within their Block Management Division.

Prior to this, Christine spent 19 years working for a major Insurance Company as a Mortgage Underwriter, where she gained experience of the property market throughout the UK.
 
Susanne Cook
Administrator – Estate Repairs

Susanne Cook is an Administrator for Braemar Estates and her main duties include liaising with customers and contractors to attend to repairs.

Prior to joining Braemar in November 2007, Susanne worked for Main & Main Limited.

Susanne has worked in various customer focused roles and for 20 years worked as a telephonist, staffing/personnel officer with British Telecom.
 
Linda Haskell

Linda Haskell is Accounts Supervisor for Braemar Estates.

Before joining Braemar, Linda worked in the accounts department for Main & Main Limited, using her skills to develop the Block Management business.

Linda has many years’ experience in Banking, Finance and Estate Management. She began her career at Barclay’s Bank moving later to the Woolwich where she qualified as a financial adviser and later became Branch Manager.
 
Lucy Welsby

Lucy Welsby is Accountants Assistant for Braemar Estates and joined the company in 2007.

Prior to joining Braemar, Lucy worked as Office Manager for a property investment company where she also provided client support, before which, she spent 10 years working for a large nationwide paper merchant as Credit Administrator to the group, and Office Manager to the credit control office.

Catherine Saunders is Accounts Administrator for Braemar Estates.

Prior to joining Braemar, Catherine worked for Main & Main Apartment Management Services for just over four years. There, Catherine developed a very good knowledge and understanding of the management of blocks of flats, and eventually dealt with the accounts and collection of service charges for up to 40 blocks.

Helen Miller is Accounts Administrator for Braemar Estates.

Before joining Braemar, Helen worked in the accounts department for Main & Main Limited, focusing on purchase ledger administration.

Helen has a BA Hons degree in Multimedia Design from the University of Northumbria and has worked briefly in freelance design on web/viral marketing, brochure design and corporate literature.

Prior to joining Braemar, Lynn worked in Credit Control for the IT industry for six years.

Lynn has also spent some time in the motor industry and gained experience in customer services.
