Braemar Estates is the specialist property management division of Braemar Group plc. The department manages a diverse leasehold portfolio of approximately 3,100 residential properties with a combined worth of over £500 million in the UK on behalf of freeholders and leaseholders.

Our clients include housebuilders, developers of new build properties and management companies of existing blocks. We also offer a full lettings and management service for rented property.

We believe that our success is based on effective communication, realistic budgeting and a genuine commitment to customer service, which we believe is key in our industry.

The department benefits from the substantial resources, systems and support of our parent company, which enables our experienced property management team to devote their time to delivering the level of customer service and attention to detail, and compliance with relevant legislation that few other agents are able to achieve.

Because of our heritage as a fund manager, Braemar Estates is in the unique position of being both landlord and tenant, which gives us additional insight into the needs of clients. A proportion of the property we manage belongs to the specialist property funds of the Group. We therefore have firsthand experience of what level of service is important in property management, and the importance of budgets.
